Name: Surangengati Mercury(Sur-ran-jun-gat-ee)
Nicknames: Flim, Splidge
Age: Lord knows, about 21 but hard to tell with his power
Alliance: Lights Nemesis
Appearance: Can very greatly with his power and his true form is unknown
Personality: He is intelligent but he doesnt choose to show it unlees its absoloutely necessary. He is very close close to his brother Shouja and shares the same dark sense of humour on top of a much lighter one. Very easy to talk to, he makes a point of good first impressions, and from there on is very considerate of others, helping where he can but expecting the same gratitude in return. When the same friendly sense doesnt follow he is prone to flipping out intp angry rages where he uses his power to reap large scale destruction, forming creatures and objects that don't even exist, changing form into amalgams of creatures to maximise the utulisation of their chrarcteristics.
Powers: He is a shapeshifter in the most extreme way, being able to completely change his form to almost anything he likes, although the changes take a lot of concentration and if there is a large multiplication of size of strength, he becomes exhausted.
Weaknesses: Even if he changes shape, he still has the same basic vitals, bigger or smaller though they may be, so even as a paving stone of something of the like, if clobbered he still takes damage. Also if he doesnt transform in slow steps going up or down in size then the extra energy required will drain his strength to complete the change, even if that means he dies.
History: Growing up in the same place as Shouja in Elysirite city, Shouja thought he was killed in a missile raid but like Shouja, he was offered a second chance at life. The poison that killed the city had a much more diverse effect on him than everyone else, making his molecules confused so they were unsure which element they were and how fast they should grow etc, which he managed to control so as to stop himself randomly morphing into odd combinations of metal and gas and other such things. When the missile struck that killed his family, he was preserved because he morphed into a metal that could withstand the blast. Having concealed his power from everyone else till then, his dissapearance was presumed as his death, but he turned himself into a ferret to escape attention as to his survival. He fled the city, which hurt him to leave Shouja behind, but he had to as to keep his talent hidden because he was ashamed of what it could do to him. He could never master changing back to his true form, each time invoking small differences until he was no longer sure of his true form, making his absence from Elysirite absoloute. He crossed the world in hope of a new future, able to shift shape to a younger person he was effectively immortal so long as no harm befell him. After a while he wound his way to Souzetsu, living as an animal where he could but adapting to the city and becoming part of it to learn as much as he could, until recently when he noticed Shouja in the city, which he was determined to do something about to whatever length he could.
