Spike got up and started walking about, pacing and waving his hands at everyone. "Y'all spoil sports! Christmas was the only time I ever was let out for a proper meal, it holds a hunk of memories for me and you grumps ain't gonna bring this down for me!" He stroked his stubbly chin and walked about thinking for a while.
"So what's the plan? It's already ten O'clock right....." Vi paused for a minute, finger held up in suspense. "Now." He said and grinned. "I was listening to the clock tower, it's going off now. " Spike looked confused. "That's on the other side of town." "Your point is?" Vi tilted his head, his black eyes still covered by his pale eyelids, closed in a half-sleep. "You git! Right anyway. I can cook, someone else can set the..." "You? Cook?" Vi interrupted and began to snort with laughter. "Yes! Actually!" Spike said, using the opening to smack Vi on the back of his head, shutting him up quickly with a scowl. "I can cook, I'm sure we've got some meat o' some sort. Someone set the table, and ya'll can go sit up there and sing or whatnot." He said grinning, confidence radiating from his body. "And who put you in charge?" Viempar said, raising his eyebrows at nothing in particular. "Aw, come on man! Let me have this one time....Purrlleasseee!" Spike said, feigning innocence and sincerity. Vi rolled his eyes behind his lids and then sat up a little, opening his eyes slowly. "Fine...you can have this one..." "YES! Right ya farts, TABLE!" Spike began barking orders and soon dissapeared into the kitchen, singing jingle bells the whole way. Vi sighed and rolled out of his seat, slumping off into the dining room and taking the largest and most impressive chair with some fumbling.

Skwisgar suddenly pecked up, a childish glint in his eye. He did really like Christmas, (when you have months of totally darkness you take solstice in such things). He suddenly stood up discarding his beloved guitar to one side. “skpiek I helps you, We makes Smorgasbord of food. We sewed know hows “god Jul” he said happily, skipping after spike like some excited metal-head child.

Walking through the large gates the feminine boy skipped up along the grass, he had no idea where he was going but he felt like it had to move this way. The male stopped every so often to look at the few things in the garden, "Pot! Mud! Birdbath!" Walking futher up the grassy path he reached a large door, lifting a pale and delicate hand he pushed it into the air and took a breath. "Ooooooooooooooooooooh Biiiid Door!" After his really long outbrust the boy walked slowly towards the door and knocked on it quite harshly. "Big Door needs a big knock!" Smiling widely he waited for someone to notice he was there.

Soshi glanced almost motionlessly at Vi. His eyes narrowed and his nose upturned. "I doubt it," he said coldly. His throat felt suddenly dry. He had not spoken bitterly towards someone since his parents died; he was not used to that tone. He glanced at Sheba. Then he rolled his eyes, finding that communicating with this stubborn girl was both useless and dangerous - he had a strange, womanising vampire-man threatening him after but ten minutes entering. Then Vi left after speaking to Spike and Soshi found himself walking away, trying not to make eye contact with Mira, whereever she was. He found a place on the staircase, which he took and pulled out a much larger notebook than before. He sighed and sat peacefully on the step, scribbling rapidly, but neatly. "I have to stay here, and keep out of trouble," he mumbled. He heard a tapping of footsteps and a heart beat nearby and he looked beside him as something walked past him. He blinked several times, but his practicality told him that some gifted people could be invisible. "And why might you be hiding?" he whispered to the floating heart-beat. Then, there was a knock at the door. It was horribly loud and, through concentrating on the floating heart-beat, his hearing had become sharp, so the knock was more like an elephant stamping on his head. He flinched and shut off his senses, rushing to the door to fling it open. He was about to shout at whoever it was, but he was rendered speechless at the weird boy that stood there with a creepy smile across his face.

Raenef continued to stare until the door was yanked open by someone with dark hair. The silvery blue haired boy blinked at the male infront of him and waved frantically. "Hi!" Suddenly the young males eyes became darker, sharper and sinister, the clothes on his body changed from a purple sleeved top and long black pants, a long white shirt thrown over the top to a long purple jacket, with black ribbon ties on the chest and long white pants. Instead of a goofy grin plastered on his face an evil smirk replaced it. "Hello, Lord Raenef, can I come in!" Lord Raenef spoke as if it was a question but a statement and walked through the door into the lobby. Turning his head round he scanned the people there and the things littered around the place. "Hmm nice, now tell me which one of you here is the leader of this group, I wish to talk with you!"

It took Soshi a second glance at the boy for his head to start getting hot. At first glance, he had thought it was a girl, but, noticing the shoulder shape, he realised that 'she' was indeed a 'he'. Soshi turned his head away, but his eyes just continued to look in the same direction, no matter where he moved. He cleared his throat and then watched with subtle confusion as the boy's clothes began to change. It was unreal, as was the new expression on his face. Soshi's head cooled down at the dark eyes. When the boy spoke, it was even stranger. Before Soshi could answer his 'question', the boy stepped past him and Soshi furrowed his brow, puzzled by the strange person who acted as if he owned the place. "Excuse me, young man," Soshi said placing a calm hand on the boy's shoulder, examining every aspect of the boy and trying not to blush like he had earlier than day with Vi and even Mira. He just submitted them as excitement impulses. "How on Earth did your clothes change texture, shape and colour as if the previous clothes were an illusion?" He asked.

The misty blue eyes of the younger male turned to glare at the other as he placed a hand on his shoulder. Turning his body to face the other male his face cocked to the side slightly. "Young man, hmmm. I am 18 years old I am not young!" Huffing heavily the boy turned away from the male and folded his arms. "My clothes change not because of some illison, its because I will not walk around in that flithy childs rags! We are two different people, I am Lord Raenef 'he' is just Raenef! The tramp!" Moving futher around the room he walked to a window and looked out of it. "I have come here with excellent ways to find out what the Saviours are up to!" Turning his face back to the male his smirked evily.

Vi walked through the Lobby, stopping at the stairs only a few feet away from the newcomer. People were milling around, confusing him about the heartbeats but he zoned in on the newcomers when he spoke, turning to face him, but with his eyes fixed unseeingly at the floor. Ways to find out what the Saviours are up to? Could be handy, they had no spy apart from the limited information Muraki would divulge, and even that was little. He could be helpful, but was it worth taking in another randomer off the street? He listened intently and also listened to the newsreporter a few streets down, interviewing a citizen. "I saw a big black bird thang, flyin' round in circles in that direction. It was terrifyin'." So someone knew about the hideout, well a few reporters and some citizens might cause quite a stir if hung up from some flagpoles, send out a message.

Irina ignored Soshi: she was busy spying on Sheba and didn't need him alerting everyone to her presence. Besides, she was in a bad mood anyway and couldn't be bothered meeting anyone new. Too damn nosy. I'm used to living and working alone, not answering questions and being breathed on when I'm trying to meditate. What is that idiot doing?
Sheba hovered on the edge of the room, slightly apart from everyone else with her back to the wall. Left without anyone to talk to, she was staring around at the interesting patterns on the wallpaper. Nearly everyone had walked off into the next room for Spike's dinner, but what little social sense Sheba possessed told her that the invitation didn't extend to her.
